Terms of Use
Last updated 14 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and {{CONTROLLER}} for the use of Not One More. By using the app you accept them.
Not medical advice
Not One More is a behavioural tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing in it is medical advice. It does not replace nicotine chemically and is not a substitute for nicotine replacement therapy or for advice from a doctor, pharmacist or stop-smoking service. If you use NRT, keep using it — combining behavioural support with NRT is the best-evidenced route to quitting.
The app asks you to do short bursts of physical exercise. You are responsible for judging whether that is safe for you, and for stopping if it is not. Speak to a doctor first if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a joint injury, are pregnant, or have any other reason to be careful with sudden exertion — this includes the isometric hold, which raises blood pressure while it is held. The exercise beat can be skipped entirely on every Hit, and the breathing beat that opens each Hit requires no exertion at all.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. The app is intended for people who currently use nicotine and want to stop or cut down.
Your account
You can use the app without an account. If you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for keeping access to that Apple ID; losing it means losing the ability to restore your history onto a new device, and we have no other way to identify you.
What you get without paying
Not One More is a paid app with a free trial. The trial gives you the complete app for its full length, and no payment is taken until it ends.
Once the trial has ended, using the app requires an active subscription. Without one, the app opens into a short guided breathing exercise before showing you the price. That is not a free version of the product: it does not record the craving, verify anything or contribute to your statistics.
Subscriptions
- A subscription gives you unlimited Hits with verified reps and outcome logging, plus progress analysis, trigger and danger-hour insights, savings tracking and per-action personalisation.
- Subscriptions start with a free trial. The price, currency and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, and confirmation of purchase charges your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Cancel in Settings on your iPhone: your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
- If you cancel during a free trial before it ends, you are not charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Payment is taken by Apple under Apple's terms. We cannot issue refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and you will be told before a renewal at a new price.
Your data
Your craving history is yours. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy. In short: your phone is the source of truth, we hold a backup so you can restore onto a new device, and the voice note never leaves your device.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, resell or automate the app, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend access if you do.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the app working and your backup intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep in mind that the numbers in the app are calculated from what you log, including outcomes you report yourself. They describe your logging, and are only as accurate as it is.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for any decision you make about your nicotine use, your health or your medication. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. To have your data removed, see the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of {{JURISDICTION}}. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
